By placing an order with Satin Seduction, you agree to the following terms.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds.
This policy protects the integrity and hygiene of our luxury hair products.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may only be considered under the following conditions:
• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Hair must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and unaltered
• Hair must remain in its original packaging
• Hang tags must still be attached
Once hair has been installed, worn, cut, colored, washed, or altered, it cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Product Inspection Requirement
Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery before installation.
If there is a concern with your order, you must contact us before installing the hair.
Installation of the product indicates full acceptance of the item as received.
Unauthorized Returns
Any return sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
Satin Seduction is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Satin Seduction maintains strict documentation for all orders, including:
• Payment confirmation
• Order verification
• Shipping confirmation
• Carrier delivery confirmation
• Customer communication records
If a customer initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute, Satin Seduction reserves the right to submit all order documentation to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Submission of evidence to the payment processor
• Reporting of fraudulent activity
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review the issue and provide assistance if applicable.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Satin Seduction is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
