By placing an order with Satin Seduction, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time allows our team to verify, prepare, and package your order to meet our quality standards.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take 5–7 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Satin Seduction is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

Satin Seduction is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Holiday shipping delays
• High carrier volume
• Transportation disruptions

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Satin Seduction is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if they believe their package has been lost or stolen.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Satin Seduction.

Satin Seduction reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse shipment of any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.
