At Satin Seduction, each order is prepared with care to ensure you receive the highest quality luxury hair extensions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at allure@satinseductionhair.com
 within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are reserved specifically for you. Because of this, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
